Coalescence of individuals, developing their perspectives on the world with a liberal and democratic mentality thorough the concepts of the multilingualism and multiculturalism ascribed in the European Union Framework of Cooperation are the topics that our institution emphasizes. For this reason, we tried to construct the strategic plan of 2015-2019 on these concepts. We saw the Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility of Individuals as a way to reach the aims mentioned. To this end, we created a project commission in our school. Our project commission identified the needs on both management and some lessons in education and training area considering the results of SWOT analysis, quality control tests, various surveys and inspection reports. Project commission- in line with requirements- held a meeting with the teachers. As a result of these meetings, it was concluded that if the teachers of the subjects in needs participated in some training activities provided by some institutions in Europe, it would be very beneficial to on both our teachers' personal development and our institution's institutional development. In this context, 2 administrative staff and 5 teachers of our institution are expected to take advantage of this project. Accordingly, it is planned the school principal to attend the training activity held in Prague, Czech Republic between 01/12/2014 and 12/12/2014 name ''Human Resource Management in Education Institutions'' about the school leadership, increasing motivation, cooperation between the staff and the assistant director to attend the training activity named as “1 Week Course For European Primary Or Secondary Head teachers” and to be held in Southampton, England between 12/10/2014 and 19/10/2014, the English Language teacher to attend the training activity to be held in Exeter, London between 14/09/2014 and 27/09/2014 named ''Developing Oral Fluency in the Secondary English Language Classroom'', and the ''Job Shadowing Program'' to be held in Granada, Spain between the 26/04/2015 and 03/05/2015, and the science teacher to attend the training activity name as '' Task Based Learning '' and provided by International Training Centre ( ITC ) to be held in Paris, France between 08/06/2015 and 19/06/2015, the social sciences teacher to attend the training activity named as '' Using E-Learning in the Classroom'' provided by International Training Centre ( ITC ) and to be held in Brighton, England between 22/06/2015 and 03/07/2015, the music teacher to attend the course named as '' Music Course for European Music Teachers in Budapest'' provided by the institution of Metronom Nonprofit KFT and to be held in Budapest, Hungary. As a result of all these in-service training activities, it is clear that not only our teachers will develop their personal data and portfolio but also our institution will be an international institution beyond being local and national.
