The main aims of our project are to upgrade the curriculum of our organisation based on national and international needs, to develop international key competences, to integrate European citizenship and entrepreneurship into out curriculum, to raise cultural awareness. 5 students, 4 accompanying persons and 2 staff members are going to attend different activities at our partner institutions in Spain and Estonia (www.flornet.eu). We identified several aims of student and staff mobility. Among them are gathering practical work experience in floristry on the level of technical master/shop manager, testing their own personal didactical competences in an authentic learning situation, analysing the management of a flower shop abroad, comparing different technical ways of working and studying the Corporate Identity. We also want to enable the possibility for our staff to study and experience competency based teaching methods and become more internationally competent,The priorities of this project are the achievement of higher levels of employability and flexibility to learn skills in authentic environments, experiencing new customs and using foreign languages, supporting developments in EQF and ECVET by studying the host countries’ educational systems and the offer of education and use of pedagogies of the host school.We aspire the enhancement of the quality of education in floristry, exchange of professional and cultural knowledge, transparency of educational systems, and support of the development of EQF and ECVET systems.
