Floristikos specialybės mokinių profesinių kompetencijų tobulinimas per tarptautinę praktiką

The project involves a consortium of these Lithuanian vocational schools: King Mindaugas vocational training centre (coordinator) , Kaunas everyday services and business school and Alytus Vocational Training Centre and two intermediate organizations located in Germany (Hamburg) “infeba” and Greece (Thessaloniki) „Papagrigoriou Bros“. Floristic speciality students’ professional competencies development through international practice“ project aims to carry out a four week training placement for the Lithuanian vocational education students in floristic studies (companies) placed in Germany and Greece, who will aim to: 1. Improve floristic speciality practical skills, 2. Develop floristic speciality professional competencies, 3. Will gain the international and intercultural skills, 4. Strengthen their communicational and social skills, 5. Improve their foreign language, 6. will achieve their ability to assume responsibility for their academic performance and professional achievements, 7. Will be acquainted within the EU experience in the field of floristic particularities of work , innovation, the use of work tools and improve their professional skills, 8. Acquainted experience will enhance their employability . Visits to Germany and Greece floristic studies (companies) will be organized by 3 flows, each flow consists of 6 students and 1 accompanying person from each Lithuanian consortium schools: 2014-11 month internship in Germany from Kaunas everyday services and business school, 2015-01 month internship in Greece from King Mindaugas vocational training centre, 2015-03 month internship in Greece from Alytus vocational training Centre. Duration of each flow is four weeks. Total project will involve 18 students, 3 accompanying persons. Implementation of this project will be invaluable international collaboration experience for the participating Lithuanian vocational schools students and organizations itself, which allow them to improve competitiveness, teaching process quality, quality of training and organization of vocational training.
