Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Application for a grant to attend the course/training: "Flipped Classroom in the Lifelong Learning - Supporting trainers and adults' Participation to innovative educational Course". Course organizers are: ERIFO VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL TRAINING, based in Rome, Italy, where the course takes place. The course will be held on 15 to 19 June 2015 or in December 2015. The length of the course is 5 days, a total of 20 hours. The objective is to strengthen practical e-skill and to learn the methods of "The flipped classroom" among other things to improve distance learning. The area we provide service in is very large and small population, and it is therefore important to be able to offer our target group distance learning, which is based on the latest technology (ET) and also to cover (partly) the needs of those who are disabled. The aim is to use the method partly in our classes 2015-2016. Attending the course is very important for the staff of Fræðslunet in developing new skills in education and incorporating the new skills in to the curricula of the courses/classes taught by Fræðslunet. New teaching methods will improve the quality of education. We are applying for 7 participants, four teachers and three project managers who are responsible for the distance learning.
