The Flemish federation for LGBT rights is Çavaria. From that position Çavaria is involved in various activities that fall under the category adult eduction. These are e.g. trainings and workshops about mainly gender and sexual diversity, but also more broader topics such as human rights, health, questions norms and normativity, etc. With this project Çavaria wants to support its staff development and education, so its educational results (including guidance) will be have a better result. The participating staff will take part in various activities, that all are all about learner-centered and strength based approached. Eight staff members and volunteers followed different training topics under guidance of our partner In Dialogue (clear leadership, conflict mediation, inspiring facilitation, teaching and training, and strenght based coaching and guiding). Çavaria believes that with this project, its educational and guidance services will be more respectful, empowering and sustainable, as the learner and its context will be the starting point for all learning and change.
