Young men and women from Serbia, Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria will be, on this occasion, offered an opportunity to participate in a 6-day long training, where they will be involved into intensive process of intercultural non-formal learning, where they will gain detailed knowledge of the Youth in Action programme and practical tools for improvement of one's personal, social and professional competence, how to stimulate mobility and active participation of unemployed young people, at the same time positively influencing their employability. Also, they'll learn and share cultures and way of living, will upgrade their personal capacities and, what’s most important, at the end of the project they will come up with initiatives and will create projects that will represent final products of the training course in which unemployed young people with fewer opportunities will be involved. Those projects will promote inclusion of unemployed youth in the society and combat with their employment problems. As a result of the project, more applications, especially in the domain of youth social inclusion in the YIA programme will be achieved. In this manner the project will introduce YIA programme and possibilities to all young people and organizations that will be in touch with the project and with the project results.
