Fidélisation de clientèle en contexte de crise économique
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Groupe Saint Vincent de Paul - Lycée polyvalent Notre Dame. The 15 participants are young people in Secondary School for Vocational Training. They are in their Second year, specialized in "TRADE", after a first year specialized in "CUSTOMERS AND USERS RELATIONS". Because of the configuration of the diploma in three years, these students are younger than in the previous projects, and for a great majority minors, so less independent. This is why our project is based on the behavioral notions of maturity benefit, new awareness and responsibility. The participants study trade and have to make training courses in stores of retail sale, equipment of the person,or clothes. Our objective is to train our young people to adaptability, versatility, so as to help their company to develop loyalty of the customers. But because of the context of crisis which goes on in SPain, we chose to target the project at the capacity of the salesman to bring not only a quality service up to the customer but also to develop strategies of differentiation by a more attractive visual merchandising. The european mobility will take place to Estepona, a city of 70.000 inhabitants situated in Spain, in Andalusia, , in the province of Malaga. The students will stay in host families for 29 days : 27 days of training course and two days for the discovery of the Spanish culture, from March 14th to April 11th, 2015 included.
