The project aims to promote and develop youth mobility to support the activities of the Foundation "Astika" through culture, art and youth participation. Support intercultural exchange knowledge and experience in the field of modern non-standard forms of youth expression and youth work, preparation, participation and implementation of activities for the festival of street art "Carrousel" -2016/17. The main activities of the project are related to the implementation of space for arts and culture workshop (Carrousel), preparation and realization of sketches, scenarios for performances, flash mob, props and scenery, as well as initiatives of the organization. The project partnered with four organizations from Spain, Latvia, France and Portugal, which together will realize short-term project in two activities A1 and A2 for the service of volunteers. The total number of volunteers eleven for each activity.Volunteers are divided into two by France and Latvia, three from Portugal and four people from Spain.During the project will be implemented methods of informal learning (learning by doing) and youth mobility.The project will help to develop the capacity of our youth organization, assist in the preparation and implementation of youth activities and voluntary initiatives promoting youth mobility and contributes to enriching experience for the young.The project builds the capacity of our organization and provides the necessary resource of volunteers who will work on specific project themes. It will contribute to a significant impact on the environment for free expression of young people, social engagement through culture and art for the realization of street art festival "Carrousel" -2016/17, which has become an international annual volunteer project for the development of performing arts exported closer to the people.The festival contributes to the personal experience of young people, it changes their welfare will increase internal satisfaction spiritual and cultural richness of both themselves and the various local communities and different groups of guests of the festival.
