Background for choice of project:We want to get a common platform for learning in our nursery. This is connected with the kindergarten focus on language development. We want to raise the staff's knowledge of the philosophy of Reggio Emillia. This philosophy entails much use of worthless material with their children. The adult who works with this philosophy are miracles with the children and they are more concerned with process and not product.Research has shown that children who get to play with worthless material while the adult set åpene and inquisitive questions develop their comprehension much compared to playing with regular toys.The aim of the project:Kindergarten is a common platform for learning. A common understanding of how to work with the children who go with us so that they get the best possible comprehension and language development for school. Research shows that there is in kindergarten age that children learn best language.We have in recent years had several minoritesspråklige children and children who have challenges with language. We want to give all children regardless of background the best learning in kindergarten when it comes to language so that they can schooling and get a job later in life. All children should reach their potential.Participants:The whole kindergarten, 20 pcs, will be participating in the project. It will vary on the whole group with or resource group. There will be teachers and assistants.Our project the next two years:* February 5 planning day. Specialty kindergarten fysiskerom and worthless material. Eli Torbergsen. All employees* March 8 inspiration day in Drammen themed Reggio Emilia. Resource group in kindergarten* 2 meetings with Eli and resource group where we will work on the physical room for common oppholdrom kindergarten* June A whole day along with resource group and Eli where we make clear the new room our* Autumn 2016 Study trip to Italy- resource group* Autumn / Spring 2016 / 2017- resource group puts forth from the trip to Italy* Autumn 2016 a staff meeting with Kari Carlsen- entire staff* Autumn 2016 study trip to a nursery at Notodden working in Reggio of Emilia entire staff* Our 2017 staff meeting with Kari Carlsen* Autumn 2017 - study trip to Italy* Autumn / Spring 2017 / 2018- Those who have been walking stock arrangements to a planning and staff meeting* May 2018 we have found our common ground for learning.Results and impact in the short and long term:We want ressultatet increased consciousness among the staff and everyone in our nursery jobs after kindergarten learning platform. This will give children increased language development, which in turn makes it so that they learn better when they come to school.When one thinks about the long term so Bo Municipality set a target that 80% of all pupils complete upper secondary education. We hope our project in the long term may help to give children a good school and opportunities to learn at school. In our municipality we are working actively with early efforts towards children who have challenges. Research done in Norway in the ECE sector over the last two years shows that language development is very central to the way forward in life.
