Our school, Fatih Anatolia High School has identified the mission as 'To train and educate students that can use and monitor the developing technology, think impartially and rationally , use at least one foreign language, be prone to teamwork, knowledgeable, in peace with the environment' and vision as ' To become Conquerer of Anatolia and Anatolia High Schools by means of the success in the exams and Graduated students'. In this contex we would like to take part in some trainings in order to contribute to realization of our mission and vision. In order in order to accomplish our overall objectives in future, expressed in the Quality Improvement Plan that prepared to keep the demand and the quality viable, a series of strategic development such as; - Trainers Involvement of In-Service Training - Transfer of Different Training Methods of Teaching Tools - Development of skills-based Language Proficiency - Students Training Coaching application tools initiating were identified. According to the needs analysis (SWOT) and satisfaction survey it is found out that our school has not taken part in any of internationalization experience yet . Therefore, rising the institution to internationalization level has been identified as a need of given priority and importance . To be able to achieve this objective and within the internationalization goal it is essential to take in-service training in the areas of Promoting Mathematical competence, the basic skills of language in foreign language education and Coaching Education at the international level. In this context, 11 different teachers who are successful in their field, democratic, open to innovation were chosen. Above mentioned programme is; - English Language Skills for Professional Use in the Classroom - Promoting Active Learning in Mathematics for All Learners - Coaching skills for Teachers/Trainers to Support the Success of All Learners Through the education Informal education techniques, group work, games, sample lesson models, study visits, presentations and an original, school curriculum outdoor activities will be conducted. In long-term outcomes of the trainings will be presented both the aplicant institution itself and other schools. Finally, an original school curriculum that belongs to the school will be prepared. In this way, our school will have an updated, innovative, rational, modern and sustainable strategic plan. Trainings outcomes will contribute substantially to the professionalization and internationalization targets of our school, identified in School Strategic Plan .
