Fast-Food / Fast- Death

The project "Fast-food/Fast-death" aims to combat fast-food diet lately has become a lifestyle. This project will be implemented from July to November 2014 in Caracal, Olt. 34 young people from Bulgaria and Romania will meet to work using methods of non-formal education on diet replacing a "fast" less healthy, with one of "slow" rich traditional elements beneficial to the body and, in family, is an important binder of it. This project involved young people aged between 18-25 years who have had weight problems in recent years because of eating fast-food or healthy eating and want to convince more young people around to stop this nutrition. Of these 7 participants are young people from rural areas or small opportunities of the 2 organizations involved. The excange activities will be held for 8 days and will result the development of skills to 34 young people involved to use non-formal methods and tools in an area that has a strong impact on young people and to raise awareness of the risks they are subjected in long-term use of this type of diet. Within the community they belong to, young people involved in the project will learn to develop ability to multiply the contents of the project acquired by other young people their age.
