"Fairness, fitness, future - from well to top for SME. Fair to success requires specific professional and social competences."

In our everyday lives we meet a lot of entrepreneurs who, 10 and 15 years ago, had the courage to launch their own small or medium-sized enterprises. We encounter a lot of competence, see good products and services. In such companies there is usually a lot of competence. Many of these companies are viable, but still always involved in this “vicious circle”: no time for strategic work --> no long-term targets --> no possibilities to transfer responsibility --> dissatisfied employees --> stressful day-to-day routine --> stressed-out managers --> no time for strategy. With our project we wanted to make our contribution to creating awareness in European SMEs in orientation towards values - and from these values to define success. As a result of globalization, the current trend towards finding ever faster and cheaper suppliers and employees hits SMEs in all European countries. We were unable to solve “world problems” with our project, but we had hoped to win over more and more SMEs by creating island solutions and thus strengthening faith in their own power. For a start, it could only be small, regionally limited contributions. We had the vision of being able to support the internationally growing call for a return to values with our own very concrete method. Not only would this create a benefit to the employees and partners of the companies involved, but it would also strengthen the role of the economic element of SMEs.Using the right business organization, it is possible, according to our experience, to be successful in achieving work enjoyment on a long term basis. We succeeded in the 2 years of the project by transferring the "house model" (to be successful by fair methods), developed in Germany and adapted by the partners, to demonstrate that the concept is not only for German SMEs but generally applicable for European SMEs. During the project period was created a "European house model”.
