The exchange was planed in order to develope a common base for future cooperation, that considers the different structures and perspectives of all partners. In the following planning phase future activities were developed on this common ground. During the process all targets were achieved. Concrete measures were developed and the implementation of these measures was recorded in a cooperation agreement.
