Training Course "Explore your possibilities" is about contributing to the increase of employment of youth citizens through working on acquiring new skills and knowledge which will help them raise self-esteem and will encourage them to take an active role in society and be initiators of positive change. The type of project: Training and networking of youth workers - Partner Countries - Training Course Our target group will be young people influenced by the problem of unemployment, low standard of living, low income and other social and economic issues. The competences and topics we are working on in this project include: Communication skills, Management skills; CV writing and Cover Letter writing skills, preparation for job interviews, local and International support programmes for unemployed young people , Erasmus + programme and the opportunities given to unemployed young people, knowledge on Entrepreneurship and Writing Project proposals. The main objectives of this project are: - raising awareness about different opportunities (useful information, support programmes, new skills and competences), - motivating and strengthening our participants in becoming active participants in their own communities, - developing communication and management skills, - fostering creative ideas for entrepreneurship as a way to overcome socio-economic issues among youngsters, - promoting and encouraging active participation of young people in everyday life, - supporting and stimulating mobility and mutual cooperation among European youth, - promotion of Erasmus + and its possibilities The total duration of the project is 6 months, whereas the Training Course will last for 9 days, at the end of which a Youth Pass Certificate will be issued and presented to the participants along with a CD including all products and materials produced during the project. The countries involved in the project are Bulgaria, FYRO Macedonia, Romania, Albania, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Serbia, Kosovo and Croatia, which is a good mixture of EU and non-Eu countries, some of them neighbouring countries, united under common objectives and obstacles they all face such is youth unemployment. The Number of participants is 33, where the number of trainers is 2 - one from Bulgaria and one from Macedonia. A total number of 5 staff members will be responsible for the managing and coordinating of the Training course and the project. Working methods to be used during the Training Course include: non-formal and informal way of learning, interactive educational tools and presentations, as well as workshops, brainstorming, energizers, facilitated discussions, problem solving initiatives, guided visualizations, round tables discussions, creative writing projects (CV writing and Project Proposal Writing), exercises and simulations, individual and team work, group tasks, reflection group activities, evaluation questionnaire and learning points, practical activities, exchange and transfer of knowledge and experience, mixture of outdoor activities. The main product of our training course will be a CD containing documentary about all project activities, presentation in the city center, interviews given to the media. This product will be shared free of charge with the locals and will be available to the participants when they return to their home countries to facilitate their presentations on the project and its outcomes. The dissemination of the project results and products is also a key objective of the project. The results of the training course is also associated with the knowledge which the participants will gain during the TC. They will be able to use their newly acquired skills and competencies in their own organizations and in their own communities.
