The project aims to improve the quality of life for residents of urbanized areas, thus improving the attractiveness of the area, which must come from the concrete and actual needs of residents for the proper guidance of medical and social services. Expected Results: The establishment of cross-border observatory for fruitful communication process between institutions with different powers present in the same space, and between different institutions operating in geographical areas on the two sides of the border, but with purchasing issues
