Young volunteers with a lively interest in one or more aspects of theatre and cultural management will come to Marburg to join into Waggonhalle‘s activities. The volunteer get to know the every day work of a local arts centre: in the office, on stage, backstage, on the premises and at various temporary venues throughout down etc.. According to their interests and qualifications they can initiate their own projects or take part in existing ones. They improve their professional as well as their practical language skills through everyday interaction with people at work and in their spare time. They take an active part in the cultural life of a small, yet cosmopolitan German university town.
