Experiencia Laboral de la Globalización de Sectores
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project is based on a principle of inclusiveness in an attempt to develop a global vision and a cross-sectional dimension in a closer cooperative working relationship. The plan implement s a point of convergence of our three professional profiles: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT , MICROCOMPUTER SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS and TRADE, broadening its scope. The programme will carry out internships in multinational companies connected with the productive sector related to the studies of students in one of the member countries of the European Union among which is France. Our school has selected E.LECLERC as a partner for two main convincing reasons : - Their social and cultural commitment to the immediate environment. - Their ability to manage the three professional profiles involved in the same workplace. OBJECTIVES The project is aimed at eight students from our school studying one of the above mentioned vocational training degrees . The general goal of the project is to share internship tracking in different vocational training degrees offered in our educational centre. The candidates will do an internship in a large company of the Eropean Union. The students will carry out their training period in order to gain practical and professional experience. Most students attending classes in our vocational training school come from two different educational backgrounds: students who have completed further studies in secondary education and those who have followed an initial vocational training programme. The average age of students has changed significantly over the past few years. The foreseeable age gap among candidates will expand horizons and cultural diversity. ACTIVITIES PRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES : - To contact E. Leclerc in France to establish the training programme and the project plan (arrangments of visits ). - To prepare the recipients in terms of linguistic competence and technical and practical instruction -To organize the logistic support for participants (trip, accommodation , host organization , etc.). PROJECT DEVELOPMENT : The company plays an active and crucial role during training in the workplace and is committed to following the scheduled training activities previously agreed with the school . The workplace tutor will ensure that the project objectives are achieved by the candidates. METHODOLOGY The methodology used in this project is linked to, on the one hand, in the area of study known as Training in the Workplace and on the other hand, the opportunities offered by the Erasmus programme + . RESULTS AND EXPECTED BENEFITS The results of this programme will be reflected on the part of the participants, on the training center, on the partner and on society . THE PARTICIPANTS : Exchanging their experiences, improving linguistic competence and producing the desired academic and professional outcomes . THE TRAINING CENTER: dissemination of the programme to the rest of the students ; collaboration with the City of Móstoles. THE PARTNER: favourable publicity for the company and the project and cutural exchange. SOCIETY: improving employment opportunities. LONG-TERM BENEFIT The project will be part of the Internationalization chapter, in our Educational Project. In case of withdrawal from the European Union finance, the centre would find a way to ensure the sustainability of the project through the following financial aid: - Direct contribution. - Partner project collaboration. - Voluntary Contributions from other companies which have collaboration training agreements with our institution .
