Exit Zone Comfort is a continuation of a long term collaboration between NGO noOR as coordinating organization, and other local and international EVS partner organization. Each partner involved work on daily bases to provide young people in their community the change to learn and acquire new competencies through either sending or receiving EVS volunteers. Current European Voluntary Service project is hosting 14 different international young people from Europe as volunteers in various Estonian organizations. Services taking place are long term volunteering projects, duration ranging from 9 to 11 months. Majority of the services take place in Tallinn and few of them in rural are in Estonia. Main aim of these EVS services is to give volunteers an opportunity to develop themselves in an area they find useful for their future, for the host organizations to keep challenging their everyday work routine with internationality and for other organizations involved to continue creating wider network of international partners in order to strengthen youth work in local and international level. noOR as a coordinating organization will create connection between originally different organizations in nature, to explore possible future collaboration opportunities. EVS volunteers and noOR EVS partners network has proved to be very beneficial in terms of new project ideas between different partners. Using non formal education methods, each service has been designed with a support structure that will assist volunteers coming to the project and organizations participating, to achieve their goals.
