The aim of the project is to increase the administrative capacity of the public sector in the programme area, by promoting the concept of total quality and the implementation of modern common quality management tools (especially of the Common Assessment Framework). Achievements: 1 cross border partnership for local development created6 entrepreneurs / economic agents involved in project activities.7 local administrations involved in initiatives for capacity building.1 researched / established link of information, communication, transport and trade.1 project partnership establishing permanent economic relations between the economic actors from different countries after the end of project’s activities.7 local administrations and organizations that activate new types of services or new ways of providing existing services.
