We have decided to call our project „Excellent lecturers of adult education - the foundation and core of quality institution". This name reflects the character of our institution. The aim of our project is to provide to our lecturers the opportunity to go abroad for further education. The content of education will improve in folk crafts, bring new knowledge and new "wind" to the educational activities of our institution, to know innovative methods of non-formal education and build new international partnership. New ideas will be included in European Development plan. It can help to improve quality of education process, to improve a position of our institution in the region and to help our institution in its future long-term development.The "project is concentared on support the professional development of adult education staff of TLUR, n.o. in the form of participation in structured courses abroad and subsequently on their active work. At the same time the project will increase the level of one of the main activities of our institution - promotion of folk crafts by organizing international meetings of folk craftsmen and implementation workshops for the general public.An initiative "Program for new skills and new job positions" is focused on development of universality of lecturer. Just comprehensively developed personality can reflect the changes in the working environment, which means their labor market flexibility.By international contact development with our institution we hope to achieve a standard of modern, flexible, open european institution.We believe that new contacts will help us participate in further international projects and declare us skilled in use of interesting educational techniques and methods.
