This project aims to empower young people to work together in international platform for increasing the level of youth participation and active citizenship at local, regional, national and international levels. With this project we would love to have activities for volunteer in International Communication camp as a participation in the organisation of educational and recreative activities for young people and includes in itself help the organisation to develop projects and actions to promote intercultural dialog and international mobility for young people. The short-term volunteers are every day going to meet the local young people which were committed in the activities of the voluntary work to the local level these last years. During these meetings the volunteers are going to present the opportunities of the EVS what will be followed by a workshop on the non-formal education and by some games / mini-présentation of the country. It will have also opportunities for the mutual presentation of the countries, the culture of the young participants and their experience in the voluntary work there. At the end of the project all the volunteers will organize actions of voluntary work involving the local young people. A forum of mobility will be organized to make sensitive a maximum of people.Actuality of the project: 1. Promotion of European values.Job center aims to develop solidarity, mutual understanding and tolerance among young people, social cohesion, intercultural interaction and the promotion of active citizenship to promote human rights. 2. DigitalizationThe development of opportunities for volunteering today expanded, taking into account the expansion of information and computer technologies. This ease and speed of establishing contacts between the volunteers in social networks, instant obtaining and publishing information using formed European mobility mechanisms to promote the ideas of democracy, equality and justice. 3. TimelinessThe university education is often determined by the provision of theoretical and methodological recommendations, only distantly related to real problems and news. The Internet has given the opportunity to learn the news, and every second around the world. Young people today spend most of their time online on social networks. Therefore, the main function of a hub is to help fill this gap, objectively existing between modernity and timeliness, ideas and their realization. An important advantage of EVS hub compared to the traditional institutions is freedom and fairness opinion, the development of vibrant, fresh, new ideas. Due to this hub can generate a truly original ideas, without worrying about the limitations. 4. Combining Formal + Non-formal + Distance Education. The International Commission on Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) proclaimed the two basic principles of modern education: "Education for All" and "Lifelong Learning." But the shortage of time and money, sometimes matching the physical and intellectual capacities to limit the availability of the necessary education. It is a balanced mix of informal, formal and digital education to minimize these limitations.Voluntary activities are based on non-formal education and lessons learned, through which young people can develop their professional and social skills and competences, and share them using formal and distance education. 5. Mobility. This project has no roots. The most valuable thing is communication. Implemented project in one place, can easily be copied to any other place, keeping contacts with all interested parties (stakeholders). 6. Multiplicative. The project also can be developed in many places simultaneously, sharing information and increasing the development of each other. 7. MultiplicityThe hub has a balanced and diversified activities with different types of stakeholders involved in the organization:ERASMUS + (study of the possibility of promotion of the program at the local level) promote the dissemination of information on EVS and Erasmus+ activitiesLocal Intercultural Center (for cross-cultural studies, events, contacts with the local community)Local Universities (a place for contacts with the students (young people), to organize local scientific round tables, debates, etc.)European Universities (development of contacts to establish communication with future researchers)Global Think Tanks (objects of study) and others.
