This project is a European Voluntary Service project where 4 volunteers will be hosted by Red Cross for 6 months during a whole year working in peers.The tasks of the EVS volunteer in this project are to support organization’s activities in the “youth sector” of the hosting organization on the main aspect of interaction, information and campaign, educational worshop and social animation creating a more stimulating “young” context for the local volunteer which could help to increase the level of satisfaction among the younger member and the active participation at local level.Moreover they could support the educational phase where they could make research or support the simulation events and role plays proposed as educational tool. Taking part to all phases of all these opportunities will offer the possibility to give own contribution in each phase with own suggestions, ideas and proposals. All the tasks want to offer to the volunteer the possibility to know and to integrate into the working context but as well into the local community in general, acquiring competences and experiences both in fulfilling the tasks both in organizing and planning them. For that reason, this main activities of this project ideas are based on interaction with local youngster and active participation of the EVS themselves for the local community mainly focus on values of the solidarity.EVS will support the impact of the Red Cross and the dissemination of the values into the local community bringing an added values to the activities of the hosting organization which could benefit of the energies, ideas and motivation of the volunteers. One of the main task is to support the activities of Red Cross and to report, both in narrative way, both in visual way, the activies implemented in a whole year by the organization. The result will show the capacity of the hosting organization and its impact on local community. A calendar and an agenda will be edit thanks to the service of all the EVS. That’s why this project is design to be implemented in a period of 12 months involving 2 rounds of EVS.In term of impact on local community as the service of the EVS will be addressed to support people in needs making more visible the impact of the Red Cross activities and, on other side, to improve the service offered thanks to new energies and new input coming from motivated volunteers willing to dedicate 6 months of their life on volunteering.For that reason, this project ideas is based on interaction with local youngster and active participation of the EVS themselves for the local community mainly focus on values of the solidarity and, at the same time, it aims to product concrete output to make the impact more visible.By a gradual knowledge process, we wish that volunteers could get awareness of their own ability and interests. In particular, they have the opportunities to learn how to live and work in a different country developing independency and gaining more self-confidence in own skills and competences.Indeed, the volunteer will gain new competences, skills and attitude that they can transfer into the job Market but also they can enrich their CV with a new experience of long-term living and working abroad. At the end of the service we expect that the volunteer will be motivated to come back to school system to get a degree or to understand which job they want to do in life.
