EVS for Trzebcz

The main objectives of the project "EVS for Trzebcz" are helping children and young people from rural areas, promoting European awareness and education of youth in various forms of non-formal education and intercultural learning process. These aims will be achieved through involvement in volunteer from Ukraine, who will share his / her experience, knowledge and ideas. Expected results of the project include increased social inclusion and reduce exclusion, as well as improving the quality of services provided by the Foundation "Better Tomorrow" for children and young people and other people from the local community. The project will take place in Trzebcz Szlachecki (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship, Chelmno district, municipality Kijewo Królewskie) in the period from 1st March 2015 to 30th November 2015. The main volunteer's actions will be aimed at children and young people attending a well-known and recognized in the community educational institutions: Bilingual Primary School and Non-Public Nursery "Maja and Gucio". The main actions that will implement a volunteer include: assistance in conducting selected activities in the field of art education and mobility in kindergarten, help in the current functioning of preschool and school in Trzebcz Szlachecki, assistance in conducting classes of creative leisure activities for the students of the Primary School, assistance in conducting classes foreign language or compensatory classes in school subjects, planning and conducting workshops in cultural combined with animations / language conversations and involvement in school and kindergarten for the local community. Partner in the project with the Ukrainian side is Charitable Foundation “Caritas Sambir-Drohobych Diocese of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church”.
