In the project “ European cooperation practices between education and business – guarantee for sustainable development”, Vocational school of transport” Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov” town Pleven- Bulgaria collaborates with RADIAL GROP ,d.o.o.,town Koper, Slovenia as a receiving organization of the mobility. The main aims of the project are: - employability increase for the working force employment through quality service in the education and training , establishing relations between education , professional training and business by exchange of experience and good practices, with European countries for confirmation of European citizenship and competitiveness. -Broaden and benefication of young people’s training and their ability for realization on the labor market, school modernization in the European aspect and deepening and promotion of the intercultural agreement. The aim project is to encourage: -obtaining of the professional experience in the international surroundings and improving the competеnces of the staff and students from VSP– Pleven, Bulgaria through transfer of mobility practices and implementing of innovative methods in education, according national and European standards. -improving the quality and attractiveness of Vocational education through putting into practice the priorities of EU for reaching a developed society of knowledge, with steady economic increase , more and better working places and stronger social solidarity. Number and profile of the participants: Activity A1 learners from vocational education in the companies–Mobility of learners aiming practice: The participants are in initial professional training, cpecialties :“Motor transport equipment” , “Engineering of transport equipment”, “Operation of road transport” from grade X, XI,XII from Vocational school of transport–Pleven.Number of participants: 2 flows of 20 students/ 10,11,12 grade from Vocational school of transport. Period of the mobilities: 1st flow : 22 March–11 April 2015(21 days)’second flow20 March–9 April 2016(21 days) Practices on the real working place in services and dealerships were conducted in town Koper, Slovenia Activity A 2-Staff Mobility aiming training -accompanying persons for the students–monitoring and support training ,evaluation/recognitin. Activity A3: stuff training abroad. (Staff Mobility aiming training or exchange practices) .The participants are 10 in the area of professional training working in Vocational school of transport – Pleven. Managing staff, human resources, general education and special training teachers in the professional areas – motor vehicles, ships and aircrafts, electrical and energy and transport services Planned activities for the staff training abroad were: visits in the public institutions, /technical school, university, administrative center, Center for town mobility, logistics, car factory, /components- car firm: work meeting , exchange and inovating practices, trainings, discussions, observing of the working process, by the working program by the partner. Place of training conduction: town Coper, Slovenia Period of the mobility 05- 18 July 2015(14days) Expecting beginning of the project: June 2014 End of performing the project – May 2016 Methodology in the project realization: through developing and putting into practice the managing system project ,including Mobility agreement between sending and receiving organization with defined roles ,rights and responsibilities for the mobility sides , working day and hour programs, with supporting letters for intention from the places of the training and exchange ,arrangements and responsibilitie as well as instruments for sertification–Europass mobility. Results, impact and long term advantages: -Development and putting into practice working programs , including new for the country cpecialties and / or protected jobs in the area: Transport and Energy. -Real business motivation for the partnership and giving financial and human resource for education of students on professions , development, beneficiation and support of the school facilities through financial support and logistic support.. -Acquisition of practical development of students for technical cars service with international guarantee for the citizens in EU, living/temporary staying in Bulgaria, raised self confidence and life experience , personal and professional development. - reaching employment qualification for the young people, facilitate of transition to the labor market through acquiring the experience in the real working conditions in Slovenia–modernization , transforming , adapting foreign experience in the future realization , including work with specialized software for diagnostic equipment ,made in EU. -Acquisition of professional competences and institutional availability for management and work on trans mobile projects. -Increase image in Professional education, experience in PR.
