The European standards require being motivated for continuing lifelong learning and training, which is of great importance for the professional development of each person. This shows the European Union as a community of education and training, which primary goal is to achieve and maintain economic development with great stability, with more and better opportunities for work and winning recognition in the social sphere. The Erasmus+ programme aims in this direction. It supports the cooperation between educational and training organization in Europe, the exchange of knowledge and skills in different fields, the mobility of the participants. Thus the European educational and training systems are constantly improving and enriching. They set world quality standards. This is the way to achieve Strategy Europe 2020 goals for intelligent, stable and uniting growth, including improvement of the quality of the vocational education and the implementation of the dual system of studying. This project is directed to long-term support of the professional growth of the students. It offers them opportunities to acquire new practical professional experience in the main aspects of their training in the field of efficient use of internet application and the European achievements in this field. The project provides an opportunity for participants to develop the professional skills during a three-week practice in companies with modern equipment and advanced technology. The mobility includes 30 students from Profesionalna gimnazia “Hristo Botev” – Montana, studying “Software”, “Computer Technology”, “Computer Networks”. The training three-week practice will be organized by our partner Sistema Turismo in the town of Rimini, Italy for the period 28.06.2015 – 18.07.2015. The level of the economy development of each country depends on the level and the range of application of the modern information and communication technologies. This includes development of electronic management and offering of services on the basis of high speed Internet by the next generation to the citizens and businesses. In all regions in our country, as well as in the region of Montana, there is an acute shortage of software specialists who could design, develop and apply effectively different Web based – tools, applications and platforms. In our region there are several companies, internet providers, which priority is the North-western region and other regions of Bulgaria. They aim at working at high level, providing broadband services based on high speed optical Internet for the needs of the employers and all the citizens. That is why highly qualified specialists in this field are needed. A research in our region showed that there is a need for specialists, trained in modern and high-tech environment. At the moment there is an acute shortage of specialists, capable of working with the latest Internet application and technologies. With the realization of this project, goals which will be achieved will correspond to the goals and objectives of the Erasmus+ programme. 1. Improvement of technical skills and expertise of the participants on high-tech level, high quality standards , to increase their chances for a successful future career 2. Increasing of the language skill of the users, so that they can perform instructions in English in the realization of practical tasks 3. Acquiring new personal skills in a new cultural environment and making new social contacts 4. Acquiring knowledge about the system of the vocational education in Italy, the customs and the culture of the country As a result of the successful realization of the project the following results will be achieved: • New professional skills and competencies in a real modern high-tech working environment will be acquired by the participants • Chances for future professional realization will be increased • New manual “Practical tools for effective use of Internet application” will be made, ready to be used during school and practical training • Language skills of the participants will be improved • New social contacts will be made • Their knowledge about the culture and educational system of Italy Long-term benefits: The participants in the project to get maximum use of the advantage given, in order to continue their vocational education or be successful as specialists on the market. The sending organization to establish itself as a constant and successfully working institution on an international level in Europe. The receiving organization to develop and widen its international activity on projects – both in number and quality. The partnership between the two organizations to continue with effective and long lasting development. Due to the high quality vocational education on all levels, the students from Profesionalna gimnazia “Hristo Botev” – Montana to be successful as specialists in the region, our country and abroad.
