Currently our organisation deals with adult training in one institution. The aim of this project is to increase the standard of the adult training for the employees and impaired people of the spiritual diaconic institutions. Apart from the formal school education, in these institutions there is a need for social or diaconic adult trainings. This project sets an aim to a colleague’s professional development – who is dealing with adult education – during a study trip at an European adult training institution or organisation, especially to the cognition of the international didactics or even to a takeover of the adult training beyond the educational system. A special aim is an adult training for handicapped adults beyond the educational system, to which the acquisition of the good international practice is essential. Other additional aims are the methodological development of the mental-hygienic education, the forming and positioning of an international knowledge service.
One colleague takes part in this project, whose professional competence is guaranteed by multi-annual pastoral and human organiser experience, just as by the experience of leading and organising several folk-college courses.
On behalf of the long-range sustainable and bigger organisational effect, the project’s suitable preparation and the charting of the international diaconic adult training organisations enjoy priority, respectively the questing of European social institutions, where as a good international practice the handicapped-provided persons come in for adult trainings. The subsequent work, following the project’s realization, is for the organisation’s higher-level effects and the adult training quality’s improvement, of capital importance.
By fulfilling the project, the colleague’s mental-hygienic professional development and the organisation’s qualitative social adult education activity is secured on a long distance, as well as the organisation’s international and domestical social capital guarantees, that the professional preparedness can be updated continously, and hereby the knowledge of the participating listeners can be always expanded with the optimal acquaintance.
