EUTRANEX – European Training Networks of Excellence

The EUTRANEX project aims to meet a recognised need within education and training professionals, to reinforce their capacity for responding to an increasing need to develop an entrepreneurial culture. The project will further address the problems faced by young people preparing for labour market insertion, in particular in depressed areas. Project activities, to be undertaken via a series of technical/scientific seminars, will include: comparative analysis of existing models, methodologies, techniques and tools used in the participating partner countries; analysis of identified models with reference to the training value chain (analysis of requirements, planning, expenditure, evaluation); development of a model representing best practice (selected from the compared methodologies) and development of a Virtual Observatory to host the end project results. The main project beneficiaries include owners and managers of SMEs and SMEs employees. Dissemination activities comprise the hosting of transnational workshops and a final international conference, local networking actions and the launch of a dedicated project website.
