Start date: Jul 1, 2015,
End date: Nov 30, 2015
The participants of the project was a group of young people from the Poland (Tarnobrzeski Dom Kultury - 9 persons), France (Ligue de l' Enseignement des Vosges - 6 persons) and Moldova (Young Artists Association Oberliht - 7 people). The project was held in Tarnobrzeg (Poland) on August 18-28, 2015 and its main aim was to promote the healthy lifestyle, including balanced diet and active leisure activities. By boosting participants? interest for theater we used the art as a tool to get involved in the fight against passivity in their everyday lives. Several theater workshops and culinary events were organized to raise awareness of health issues. Eventually, all the principles presented in the course of the project were implemented by the participants in a learning-by-doing process - the project?s objective was to encourage young people to be active and follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle. The intercultural exchange of ideas between young people coming from Poland, France and Moldova was crucial in indicating working methods to adopt healthy habits. We issued a folder and a movie presenting the exchange programme. The target audience of these publications were youths and residents of Tarnobrzeg.
