The project is part of the joint EuroRussia development programme of Finland, Russia and Sweden. The aim of the project is to develop economic co-operation between Kymenlaakso and the entire South-East Finland and North-West Russia by establishing and launching the required business service activities and generating commercial development activity between the regions
