The project called "European training is the key to the success of students ZSCEZiU" is a learning mobility of teaching staff of the School - Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education named Nicolaus Copernicus in Rawa Mazowiecka. The project consists of two courses at an educational institution Intercultural Associação Amigos da Mobilidade in Portugal for the 30 teachers (15 people per one course).Training will cover broaden the knowledge of participants on the introduction of new technologies in education - "The digital classroom: how to integrate ICT into the classroom" and to learn innovative and creative methods - "Creativity and innovation in teaching and learning for a better classroom" in order to improve quality of teaching. It will be held during the time between classes - July / August of 2016.Aware that international cooperation is an ideal opportunity to understand the changes in the modern world and to enhance the skills of teachers, and thus the development of students. This type of course is also a good part of the professional development of teachers.Project goals:- Expanding the competence of the teaching staff of the School Complex in the application of innovative methods and introduced new technologies for teaching in order to improve the quality of education in our institution; - The development of intercultural competences which will result in raising pupils in the spirit of civil society;- Improving the knowledge of foreign languages;- Improving the quality and effectiveness of education by improving teamwork and skillful teachers to share knowledge and experiences, systematic evaluation of the work,- Development of international cooperation with educational institutions in order to create conditions for cooperation and exchange;- Expand knowledge on the partner country (the knowledge of their problems dealt with in the framework of the project)- To increase incentives to work- Promotion of the School Complex in the international arena- Development School XXI century- Improving the quality of management of the facility.Methods and tools that we use in time-out is a card recruitment, attendance lists, sets of issued certificates, financial reports, reports of participants, card evaluation, observation, conversations, presentations effects of the international forum.The methods used during the training by the host institution are discussions, group work, multimedia presentations, meetings with local institutions, brainstorming (formal and non-formal education - adoption of knowledge through quizzes, games and activities that integrate the whole group), the classes through practice. Courses will also be based in proposing and solving specific cases during classes.
