European vocational traineeship- a chance for self-development and increasing skills of our students.The project offers the increase of employment chances and the development of careers of our graduates on the local and regional market. It is aimed at enhancing the sense of initiative and enterprise among the youth, enhancing their self-confidence and independence as well as improving their language skills. The project is also an opportunity for increasing their multicultural awareness and gives them equal opportunity. It familiarises them with the job market and allows them to gain abilities and commonly accepted certificates.Two organisations are included in the project- ADC College from Great Britain (a professional development and language tuition organisation which has long experience of successfully developing and executing international mobility programmes in partnership with educational institutions from all across Europe. It was awarded the mark of ‘Best Practice’ by the German and Polish national agencies) and from Poland- Zespół Szkół nr 1, Szczecinek (Vocational and General Studies Schools Complex no. 1 in Szczecinek).Recipients' group. This is a group consisting of 24 students from three forms of technical college specializing in economics, computer science and advertising, and two teachers. Our students will be divided into two groups. Each group will go to London and serve vocational training in local companies depending on their specialisation.Thanks to this project, our school will increase its ability to take action on European level. We will gain valuable experience and appeal. Moreover, we will strengthen cooperation with foreign partners.
