Europejskie oblicze przyszłego zawodu - praktyki zawodowe w Niemczech

The project entitled "The European face of the future job - apprenticeships in Germany" will make it possible for 35 students of the Complex of Vocational and General Education Schools No 6 in Brzeszcze, Poland, to take part in 4-week foreign traineeships. The participants will be the second the third grade students who specialise to be logistics technicians and electrical technicians who want to raise their professional skills and gain knowledge about work organization and culture in German companies that operate globally. The students will also have a chance to learn about the culture, history and tourist attractions of the Leipzig region and will develop their language competences.The traineeship of the logistics technicians will take place German companies from the area of Leipzig and Halle. Electrical technicians will be trained in the Vitalis GmbH workshops in Gut Wehlitz.The main objective of the project is to improve the key professional competences of the students. The programme will also boost their professional development, increase their chances at the European work market, improve their interpersonal and language skills, develop their intercultural competence and make them more tolerant and open towards other cultures. The students will get to know the way German companies are organized and they will establish new professional contacts.The project will also improve the quality of vocational training at our school and will let us adapt the educational offer to the requirements of the contemporary European work market.At the end of the traineeship the students will be awarded by the Europass Mobility and the ECVET certificates. The dissemination of the project will be possible thanks to certain products that will be collected on the way, i.e. informational brochure created by the participants, evaluation surveys that will support the future mobilities and the report that the school will receive from the partner organization after the mobility.Thanks to this project the students will gain the Europass Mobility and ECVET documents, the mobility participation certificates and the individual assessment letters signed by their tutors. They will increase their professional, linguistic, organizational and social competences and they will gain work experience, which should increase their chances for employment. Such mobility will increase their motivation for the further professional development, help them learn the culture of this European country and make them effective team workers in the future.
