The Mobility Project „European dimension in innovative activities of the teaching staff of Koszalin Ekonom” is a project of Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Koszalin, which will be carried out as part of Erasmus+ Programme, the Education of Teaching Staff, Action 1, Educational Mobility. It is a two-year-project and starts on 1st June 2016. During the project, a group of nine teachers will participate in eleven courses. The teachers have been selected according to the transparent procedures included in the Recruitment Regulation, with the presence of the Recruitment Committee. The results of the selection process were made public for the school staff. The range of the courses complies with the European School Development Plan objectives. The participants will take part in a 25-hour-preparatory course which is a language-culture-pedagogical training. However, the foreign language teachers will not participate in the language preparation, so it will be 9-hour training for them. Erasmus+ courses will be run by experienced language schools. The courses will be certified by the suitable institutions. The main project aims are as follows: - acquiring new methodological experience, getting to know new teaching methods and techniques by the participants, - improving professional qualifications in the field of youth education,- improving the quality of pedagogical methods,- getting better results of external exams in our school,- improving language and ICT competences,- learning more about the European educational systems,- aquiring better interpersonal skills,- getting new contacts aiming the start of the international projects,- increasing practical skills of using the Open Educational Resources,- increasing the level of motivation, self-assessment and professional opportunities,- increasing the level of creativity and entrpreneurship,- increasing the level of assertiveness and better coping with difficult situations,- developing cultural awareness and an attidude of openness, - improving skills for adaptation to the conditions of life and work in EU. The people who are eligible for the course must:- be the teachers of Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Koszalin,- know a foreign language minimum on the level of A2/B1,- have basic ICT knowledge,- show strong motivation for taking part in Erasmus+ mobilities,- know how to use the results of the project in our school,- disseminante the results of the project,- encourage other educational organizations to take part in Erasmus+ projects. Within the framework of the project will take place the following activities:- informing the staff of the school about Erasmus+ Mobility Project,- writing the project Recruitment Regulation,- conducting the recruitment process and announcing the results, if necessary having an additional one, - organising a preparatory training with language, culture and pedagogical components for the project participants,- organising updating meetings for the participants,- signing agreements and contracts with the National Agency, project participants and language schools,- registrating in the Europass Mobility Centre,- participating in the Erasmus + mobilities, - issuing the Europass Mobility documents and other project certificates,- elaborating the project results and next disseminating them,- keeping track and evaluating the project,-preparing and writing the final report of the project.Expected project hard deliverables are as follows:- completing a preparatory training by all 9 participants,- completing 10 mobilities by 9 participants,- receiving the cetificats (preparatory training, Europass Mobility , Erasmus+ course),- starting an e-Twinning project on a platform. We assume that thanks to the project, our teachers will be better prepared to fulfill the requirements of modern education. Getting to know other educational systems, having professional experience from Erasmus+ mobility, new professional liaisons will improve the quality of education in our school. This will also have an impact on the future prospects of the development of our institution. The participation in the Erasmus+ project will introduce new opportunities of using foreign languages. Working in an international, multicultural environment will be valuable experience. During the mobility, the participants will be able to use a foreign language in an extensive way. The participants will overcome a language and culture barriers and start international cooperation with other schools. Thanks to the participation in this innovative form of training, our teachers will be better prepared for their work with the youth.
