The project is carried out by the ZST, a technical college with a long tradition and experience in the use and promotion of modern patterns of education. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of school work , the optimization the use of modern digital media within the college in daily teaching practice and to reduce early school leaving of students as well as improving students motivation. The project involves 15 beneficiaries who are directly involved in the implementation of the projects objectives; school principal, school psychologist, guidance counselors, teachers of foreign languages and academic subjects.The essence of the project is to extend the skills of the beneficiaries in order for them participate in international courses and training. The work undertaken in the project consist of language courses tailored to meet the participants’ abilities and level of English observations, exchanging experience and developing skills and knowledge at professional conferences about ICT in education and courses in the field of students educational failures and early school leaving.Implementation of the project is to bring tangible benefits in improving the quality of school work by training interpersonal and linguistic skills of participants, make the school educational offer more attractive by the creating learning authoring programs, creating plans of development and e-learning platform to publicate modern lessons scenarios and reduce the negative social phenomena among students.The implementation of the project will be under control during the project and evaluated with use of different methods There will be also evaluated the durability and efficiency of undertaken solutions with internal and educational law regulations research tools.Accepted methods of validation and publication of the results of the project allow you to promote the idea of in-service teacher training at both local and regional levels at the district and the province and the exchange of experience as a guarantor of positive changes in schools.
