The project responds to the needs of increasing the competences of the management personnel of the Zespol Szkol Publicznych w Kliniskach Wielkich and the needs of improving the quality of work in schools by increasing the attractiveness of English lessons. The project involves English teachers and management personnel (6 people) attending one-week professional trainings in management, personal development and English teaching methodology, including the language module, organized by ADC College in London from 1st June, 2014 to 31st May, 2016. The aim of the project is the development of professional competences, exchange of experience and ideas in both teaching and managing, overcoming cultural differences, improvement of the quality of teaching, support for the teachers' personal and professional development, establishing international contacts. The project will be managed by a team of two people – the principal and the deputy of the school. Managing the project includes recruitment, preparatory and organizational activities, monitoring and evaluation. During the project the participants will improve their language and professional skills, they will be able to increase their mobility under the slogan of the Lifelong Learning Programme. Stay in the United Kingdom and contact with other European Union countries' representatives will increase the participants' cognizance of other European educational systems, educational projects conducted in other countries, inter-cultural exchanges, research projects and pedagogical innovations. A peculiar aim of the professional mobility project is obtaining professional confidence, effective language skills and new professional skills, shift of one's world-view, gaining self-assurance as a Pole and an European. It will be an important part of the project to scout the European labour market and its demand. Simultaneously the project will contribute to improving the learning motivation, expanding one's skills, raising qualifications and willingness to take on job mobility by principals, teachers and, in result, students. Participation in the project will positively influence personal development and educational value added of each participant while contributing to the implementation of good practices in school and hence the improvement of quality of work in Zespol Szkol Publicznych.
