Our small Kashubian school should and want to prepare our students to become real Europeans, want to be in the future, they effectively found on the European labor market. That is why it is so important intercultural experience of teachers and to improve their project management skills. Intercultural skills are the foundation of an open Europe of the school. Important for us is that our teachers participate in courses with teachers from other countries, because intercultural learning not only during training, but also for the entire duration of the project. At the same time, our teachers have the opportunity to meet potential partners for the design and planning of their school exchange , e-twinning or other forms of international cooperation. Objectives of the project : Improving intercultural skills and project management skills 4 Kashubian teachers. Our teacher - trainees should : - Be willing to participate in training courses abroad. - Have sufficient language skills. - Be ready to spread the idea among European students, their parents and other teachers. - Be willing to European integration in teaching. Description of activities : participation in training intercultural project management. The methodology of the project: Competencies acquired during the training should be implemented in the classroom and in the course of the wider teaching and educational work in the rural realities of the Kashubian school. Description of the expected results, impact and potential long-term benefits : The experience gained during the training will increase the motivation for learning and intercultural cooperation , and through European projects working in the school will be more effective. The training will enable teachers to inspire our teaching staff and the whole school environment which students and their parents with small villages still Kashubian other European ideas. Will also contribute to the development of their social skills and encourage everyone to intensive language learning . By extending these skills our students will be better prepared in the future to meet the needs of the European and international labor market.
