The project will provide four weeks of professional practice. The participants of the project will be students form the third class of Technical College in Kazimierza Wielka which is under Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Kielcach. These students are educated as a nutrition and catering technicians and technicians building. Around 20 students will take part in this project (10 students from both fields). The practice will be located in Bulgaria – Sofia. Sofia is the place with very rich culinary traditions. It is also a place which is developing all the time. Before attending to this project students will have a Bulgraina language training guided by the teacher, and also they will have a cultural and pedagogical courses connected with the Bulgaria. The practices will take place in professional companies from gastronomy and building services. This project satsfies the needs of students which are interested in developing their skills and knowledge by taking part in a different kinds of trainings from gastronomy and building fields. The dynamic development of catering and construction industies in Poland causes increasing demand for highly skilled workers which also have an innovative methods which are very helpul in implement these services. This project is intended to help students to improve their professional competences that will be helpfull in their further education and for their position on the labour market. For students this project is an occasion to improve their theoretical knowledge which they will be able to use in practice. Additionaly, they will be able to compare their knowledge with standards of Bulgarian companies. During this project students will have a contact with new culinary techniques from Bulgarian cuisine. What is more, students will have an opportunity to learn these techniques. Also, they will learn practical aspects of procedures for quality assurance which are obligated in European Union Countries such as: Good Hygiene Practice (GHP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP). The other participants (students) will learn new techniques and technologies used in Bulgarian companies and they will see how these companies are organized and how they are functioning on the European labour market. These interships will develop the perception of economic, organizational and technical apects in mentioned fields. The students will have an opportunity to improve their English language and also they will learn a basic rules of Bulgarian thanks to new work's environments. In the future their mobility ,will depend on their knowledge about foreign languages and also on their proven professional experience - that is why students at the end of the project will get an Europass Certificate. This Certificate will be a proof of experience and knowledge gained by the students. (Students also get a Bulgaria Gateway Certificate). The internship under the Erasmus Plus Programme will be an opportunity for students form poor families often unemployed for alignment their chances for education and it helps to rise their position on the labour market. The programme and main aims of this project were elaborated with many employers from the labour market. The employers who take part in this project ensure they will do everything to helps students (participants) use gained experience e and knowledge in various companies. This project is intended for partnership for education, employment,and skills development in accordance to European Qualification Framework (EQF) and also it is intended to improve compatibility between different systems of education and training across Europe (according to ECVET). Bulgaria Gateway is obligated to provide accommodation, alimentation,care and professional support. Bulgaria Gateway ensure also professional internship (consistent with the programme), cultural and linguistic courses and it ensures free time activities. The partner will cooperate with the Main Institution in case of management and project's evaluation. One of the main aims of this project is to encourage students to open their own business which will bring them a success on the European labour market. The implementation for the educational field of this internship will be based on Bulgaria Gateway and local companies programme – supported by professional teaching (coaching) staff. The realization of the project is planed on November /December 2016.
