The European Yoyo Conference gathers organizations from across Europe, actively involved in the development and promotion of yoyo among European youth. Modern yoyo is not just a toy but a new, rapidly growing sport that gains popularity all over the world. The idea behind the ​​organizing the conference is the need of establishing cooperation between organizations from across Europe involved in the development and promotion of yoyo. The main themes of the meeting will be a joint development of the proper approach to the organizational issues at the national level as well as formation and strengthening partnerships through joint initiatives at European and international level, including European Championship or World Cup. The results of the project will be creation and implementation of new projects with partner organizations on the basis of newly acquired skills and experience. It is the first attempt in Europe that creates the opportunity to meet in such a wide group of organisation, teams and non-formal groups that works in the field of yoyo. Participants will present the characteristics of their everyday activities, finished projects, lessons learned, and, above all, will discuss the future of yoyo in Europe. Very important aspect of the project is the integration between the participants actively involved in the field of yoyo. Through trainings and a few days spent together, participants will be able to establish a partnership that will result in a number of international initiatives and creation of annual meetings of the European Yoyo Conference.
