EuroMECCA disseminates new methods for delivering in-company skills upgrading processes that reduce the costs related to competence and knowledge transfer, and enhances production competence and know-how transfer to companies and VET schools. This includes: Motivate VET welding instructors to use Activity Based Training Disseminate an innovative transfer system for SME in-company training that is delivered on a just-in-time basis without distance limitations, by utlizing digital blackboards and video streaming solutions.The consortium has a strong industrial presence with strong ties to multimedia companies (Smartcom), distance learning methods, blended learning, video technologies (HiST), and mechanical industry (QM, MhtE and VuZ).
