Number , profile of participants, and Project Background : At our school only one person this year is provided for the project: Lydia Kehl- Weilguny will teach in the context of CLIL next year the subjects of industrial engineering , business and law and practice firm partly in English working language. Therefore, she needs this time abroad to be as close to the action and help the students eg with foreign language training companies to be able to intervene to provide support even after phone calls and cooperation with other EU countries , therefore, nothing stands in the way. As a result, cross-school projects ( HAK- HTL) are planned: common lectures, cooperation with foreign schools and creation of joint projects , Jour -fixes of students with foreign high-ranking leaders from the local industries in the sense of a mutual promotions (linguistic versus Networking) The participant is a teacher for 10 years and was previously a long time engaged in business . She teaches in both the HTL and in the HAK and their aim is to motivate their students to self-awareness , openness, tolerance and national / European thinking - to make a development also abroad internships or . Description of activities : The main activity is the visit of a language course entitled " Content and English Integrated Learning ( CLILL ) of the International House in London by a participant with the following contents , which are described under point H . Objectives , results and impacts : Impact on the participant She expects an increase in their variety of methods , especially in the area of involvement of the entire personality to learn the languages and ideas as they , intercultural , promote awareness , cultural openness and tolerance of their students and self-confidence as well . Likewise, increasing their own intercultural competence , ie knowledge and understanding of people from other European countries in political, economic and culinary terms . In addition, she is sure that she can brush up on her language skills again , in which they will speak two weeks with a heterogeneous group of colleagues from all over Europe English and will be at leisure surrounded outside the course even of English . She is a very communicative women and hopes to not only by the course itself, but also through conversations with colleagues and teachers outside of class a broadening of horizons and strengthen personality . Any extension of the horizon and personality development will benefit her profession and thus the school and the students. She is sure to generate more motivation and self-confidence. Impact on the device As they will tell their colleagues of this development and the ideas will be forwarded to the peers , the school also benefits from it. Furthermore, they hope the course to socialize, to initiate a Schulpartenerschaft with another European school for their school in the near future. Long-term benefits: The long-term benefits of this project is the ongoing motivation of all those involved in the project through new teaching and learning methods.
