Overall objective is to intensify and deepen the cooperation in socially sustainable way between educational institutions of Zakarpatska, Ivano-Frankivska regions of Ukraine and eligible and adjacent areas of Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.Specific objectives:1. to form a new level of cooperation between educational institutions that forms new possibilities for new generation of Youth, which is assimilated to the European level of education through experience exchange and practice sharing between educational institutions 2. to form institutional base for sustainable cooperation between target groups though establishment of European exchange school 3. to establish sustained informational flow in educational sector though establishment of the web-portal “European exchange school” Main activities:Experience exchange programs for official bodies from educational sector and institutions that provides public education services, people to people meetings, camps for educational experts and youth according to specialization of each school-partner. Establishment of the European exchange school in 4 border countries; background researches and recommendations. Achievements: 1. Sustained platform for practice sharing between educational institutions: researches concerning demands and opportunities for minority families in border regions to receive diploma of secondary school in EU regions or in Ukraine; trained international team of teachers, experts as well youth; 28 established partnerships. 2. Institutional base of for sustainable cooperation between target groups: established European exchange school, CBC Partners network; 3. Sustained informational flow in educational sector : web-portal “European exchange school”, database of the educational schools and institutions interested in cooperation; Best-practice guidebook for educational institutions;
