Europe Versus Energy

During the two years of the project, we are planning to• study the energy status of Europe (sources, power plants, consumption, dependence on foreign countries),• study the pollution due to energy consumption (and especially the greenhouse effect),• investigate the reasons of oil price increase,• investigate the evolution of energy demands in the world and especially in Europe,• investigate possible future energy sources for Europe that can replace fossil fuels (solar power, wind power, nuclear fusion power, etc).We are also planning to study and compare the energy status of our countries. These studies will be supported by on-site visits of power plants
