The project with the title “Europe Music Objective” was a bilateral project. It occurred in Potenza, it had, as protagonists, guys components of the associations: “Traguardo Europa”, Italian, and “Kulturno umjetnicko drustvo Dr. Antun Barac Grizane-Belgrad”, Croatian. It had a duration of 10 days (9 nights) and precisely from the 8th to the 16th of August 2015. Each organization participated with a number of 20 guys with an age between 16 and 25 years old, divided into 10 boys and same 10 girls, plus 2 careers, a man and a woman, for group. “Europe Music Objective” had, as its most important theme, the social integration and the cultural exchange that have, as them means, the music and song. Guys were accommodated in a hostel in our Common that has an accommodation capacity of maximum 50 people with multiple rooms situated in more levels with bathrooms and showers separated on each level. It's equipped of an own kitchen with a large dining room that has been used also as a place of meeting and exchange. The achieved objectives are: the facing the problems of social emargination, involving youth people moving them away from unhealthy environments; to share their ideas with other Europeans for performing common activities; to know new languages; to learn a new European culture;for knowing, directly, the reality of Croatians from the point of view of the traditions, culinary, social and geographic; to have the opportunity to make new and lasting friendships. The main activities made were: group games; meetings with institutions and other local associations; group works; informal discussion about the problem of unemployment and social marginalization; cultural visits; party and international; evaluation meetings. All guys were involved in the activities in a direct way and they had clear tasks that they conducted with the maximum attention. All this brought them to acquire a lot of competencies, by learning in an informal, voluntary and intentional way. Tutors were always present, from the preparatory to the carrying phase and they conducted the task of directing guys in the right choices, but also they were mediators during the occurred moments of comparison.
