Europe for All - Towards the Successful Integration of Migrants
Start date: Oct 1, 2007,

The main target groups of the project were adult migrants in EU countries, migrant groups that experience difficulties with the integration process in their ‘new countries’, such as backlogs on the labour market, difficulties in learning a new language, difficulties in communication and adapting to a new culture with different customs and habits. Making themselves understood, but also understanding their new country and being able to communicate are key factors for migrants to participate in a new country. The project developed a digital tool to measure and develop intercultural competences and language for migrants in EU countries to increase the labour market participation of migrants; to prevent drop-outs; to empower migrant women; to help to avoid cultural traps for newcomers; to provide newcomers with practical tools to strengthen their chances for a smooth and sustainable integration; to make integration of migrants easier.
