Our Secondary and Sixth Form College, IES Frances Tarrega, in Vila-Real (Castellos) offers secondary Education, Sixth Form and Vocational Training to 1239 students. The teaching staff is formed by 110 teachers. We strongly defend the link family-school as our identity and we consider our studens the centre and target of our work. For us, it is important to achieve an excellent education level and we try to prepare our students to be 21st Century citizens. To achieve this, we need perfectly trained teachers. Our Project is aimed at these objectives and we clearly state our areas that need improvement and our objectives.We recognize that education and training play a key role in the Europe 2020 strategy. The growth of the European countries should be smart, sustainable and inclusive. Education is seen as the engine for growth and employment, therefore, one of the specific objectives of the Erasmus + programme is to improve the knowledge and skills of the participants in their actions in order to achieve the strategic objectives ET2020.This project will help meet these objectives, in which the need for traditional systems are transformed to be much more open and flexible, so that students have individual learning curricula tailored to their needs and interests, and is implicit to promote equal opportunities throughout their lives. With the above references and the goal of our teachers and students to achieve the competencies and skills set out in ET2020, we propose the following objectives: - Improve our English and French language proficiency. - Experience language in its cultural and social environment. - Participate in training, learning throughout life in order to learn new methodologies (CLIL, collaborative work...). - Be able to adapt to work in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams. - Provide organizations with a European and international profile. - Strengthen creativity and innovation as necessary references to quality education at all educational levels.- Meet other educational systems and other teaching-learning methodologies which will improve the quality of their teaching, reduce school failure and promote active inclusion. - Improve ICT skills for using collaborative platforms, e -learning, new educational resources available and able to communicate in a ore effective way with teachers from other countries and students.- Acquire the skills to participate in an active way in the performance of the planAs a summmary we can indicate that 16 mobilities have been designed, including teachers of ICT, Economics, Arts and Crafts, English, Philosophy, French,Music, Technology and Mathematics.The courses are to be held in different countries and chosen by their quality.1. Discover the city as an experiential learning resource (2 teachers)8. Islandia (1 teacher)9. Sicily: a chain of civilizations. Palermo (2 teachers)The results and impact expected are:- Internationalization of the centre- Better relationship with other European organisms.- Improvement of the School Image and establishment of permanent links with other schools and European teachers.- Dissemination of the results - Excellence for our students.During the two years of the project micro sessions ClLIL will be held at the School, the institution will participate in conferences organized by other entities to disseminate and exploit the project results.
