The aim of the project ‘Europe without borders" is to improve key skills and competences that are essential in the European labor market. It also allows to break the barriers that are connected with hindered access to education as well as to professional and personal development of our students coming from rural areas of low material status. In order to fulfill the project objectives, we respect the improvement of vocational education as well as the quality of our school ‘s policy. Our students, gaining vocational and linguistic competences confirmed by the certificate, may have an opportunity of sharing acquired knowledge and experience both in local area and nationwide. The project is aimed at the group of 40 students of the second year of the Technical High School No 3 in Kielce, in specialities: waiter, technician of nutrition and catering services, and technician of food technology.The partner in this project is Braga MO in Portugal, the company with many-year experience in the field of vocational training and implementation of mobility projects with partners from several UE countries.Two groups of twenty students together with two teachers for each group will go for a placement to Portugal: I group from June 2017 to July 2017, II group from June 2018 to July 2018. Whilst the process of recruitment we will respect the principle of equal treatment of both sexes and opportunities. Before the training trip our students will receive logistic and organizational support and they will be prepared in the cultural, linguistic and pedagogical fields. They will have been trained in Portugal factories for four weeks. These apprenticeships will be coherent with our school’s policy and curriculum. The programme of the placement will be compatible with the needs of both Polish and Portugal employers and will be worked out with a Partner. In their spare time, the participants of the project will get to know the culture, history and traditions of Portugal by participating in excursions to Porto, Braga, Fatima and Batalha. Participation in international internship will improve participants' language competence and the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and mobile. Implementation of the project will give a chance to increase the employment of students of Zespol Szkol Przemyslu Spozywczego in Kielce at national and European labour market. Participation in the project will allow students to learn professional environment, organization and work culture in another country. Polish employers hiring our graduates will be able to count on bringing modern techniques and technology to their companies. Obtaining the Europass - Mobility in Polish and Portugal languages by the project participants will provide recognition of qualifications and skills in all European Union countries and facilitate access to employers. Europass CV and Certified with seniority acquired by the system (An additional advantage will be a certificate together with an ECVET vocational training assessment ECVET ).The final products of the project will be:1) the materials to disseminate modern technologies in the catering industry and vocational training,2) Europass CV, Europass Mobility, all participant`s documentation, certificates, 3) Portugal Culture Days, promoting the language, history, culture and culinary traditions of Portugal.
