The IES CONSUELO ARANDA is a public located in Alberic and it depends on the Ministry Education of Valencia. In it the following official teachings are taught: Secondary Education, Bachelor of Science and Technology, Bachelor of Humanities and Social Sciences, and intermediate vocational training in Information and Administrative. One of our main goals as an educational center is the integral development of our students through a plural learning program and open to the European framework. For that reason, since our inception we have opted for a quality education based on increasing language skills and promoting mobility. The main objectives of this project will be to promote European programs as a tool for finding partners in companies for our administration's and computing's families. Promoting cooperation and exchanging of educational experiences between different European educational communities and workplaces. Improving educational quality in our families of Administrative Management, and Microcomputer systems and networks, as well as all our teaching project. For that reason we need to manage the implementation of a stable system stays in countries of the European Community to carry out the Job Training Module (FCT) for our vocational training courses. Increasing mobility and language skills of our students and teachers. The profile of the participants will be teachers who teach in one of the professional families of our center, IT and Administration. It will be valued definitive staff in our center, with B2 level according to the CEFR. Level test will be performed for those teachers without certification. Courses or experience in European programs will also be valued. The activities to be performed during the project will be seeking partners in the workplace, creating a consolidated database to send students to undertake training practices. Visits will be also scheduled to vocational training centers in order to know different educational methodologies they use and establish possible agreements for the exchange of students in future projects. Staff selection will be made by the European Projects Team from the center, which will be responsible for informing, organizing, evaluating and controlling each of mobility actions undertaken for this project, mobility actions of teachers. Evaluation activities are subject to a process of continuous assessment. In the case of Erasmus + program, the assessment will be based on the realization of a memory and exposure to members of the center the activities they have done. As well as the completion of a small memory by the host organization. We also use electronic means (email, skype, moodle, so on...) to improve communication and feedback between different participatory classes. All actions identified will have maximum exposure and publicity as possible, both through electronic media (website, digital media, social networks, virtual classroom) as briefings, posters and informative articles in the local press. The outcome of the project will allow teachers of different training families to acquire good practices and capabilities. By this way the quality of teaching will also increase in our center. In addition to this, the relationship established with partners will allow us to know the different professional skills in countries of the European Union, so it will allow us to train students with skills that are fully consistent with the European dimension. Inform about this experiences to other teachers in out school to increase their motivation and promote this mobility, increased synergies between teachers in our school to allow quality education and have our center as reference for the Ribera Alta region. The continuity in this line will be the target of a medium-long term, being a European reference center in the region of Ribera Alta, this internationalization will improve our education system, not only in levels of training, but also in secondary and high schools, where we are working on a project for KA2 action to exchange students.
