During 2015 we have seen different political events in Europe which have shaken European stability and have called into question the European process. Among them we can mention:a) On one hand, the rise of new political options at the expense of "traditional" parties. The rise of alternative options and nationalist, separatist, xenophobic and anti-European choices is found, increasing the disaffection and the erosion of the European sentiment.b) The Greek crisis with three elections in 8 months and the feeling of the imposition over the Greek people a new rescue..c) The immigration crisis with xenophobic responses.Therefore, we propose the EURODIÁLOGOS +, with the following aims: - Achieve a space for the debate between decision-making responsible, especially newly elected politicians and young people.- Create debates on the causes of the conflicts (military and economic) that have caused the European crisis as well as the alienation of young people from the European institutions.- Increase the motivation into democratic life participation of young people, entering an European internal vision.- Encourage the European citizens’ formation of young people in order to improve the depth of the debate with policy makers. In addition of participation improving, close to the problems of youth issues such as employment policy, rural development, education models, migrations, etc. will be discussed.This project is heir of EURODIÁLOGOS national project and being a transnational project incorporating now young people from Romania from ASOCIATIA PRIETENII ORASULUI VICTOR to enrich the findings, encourage a European vision of the different issues and promote the encounter of young Europeans.EURODIÁLOGOS + is structured through two main axes:- A series of discussions between one or more decision-making responsible and European youth volunteers. They will discuss about issues on the European crisis and about improving participation in democratic life and central themes in youth employment life, youth policies, rural, ...- A series of seminars taught in a participatory way for young European volunteers with the presence of experts on the topics to discuss with responsible. The aim of these is to improve the training of young people to increase their ability to achieve weighted positions, their ability to achieve consensus and speeches appealing to immunization exposed from demagoguery and lack of respect for human rights.EURODIÁLOGOS + is a process that starts in April and ends in October. The specific part of the dialogue will take place from Friday the 15th to Sunday the 24th of July. Although specific topics are not defined yet, they will seek a debate on the European crisis, citizen participation and youth policies; enhancing solidarity, tolerance, dialogue and respect for the environment; the enhancement of volunteerism as a tool for building European citizenship, or strengthening youth employability.Parallel (from May), the digital platform of encounter between the young participants will be launched, to which the responsible will be invited in the decision making. Proposals for this platform will help focus discussions with responsible. This platform involved the young people attending but will be open to members of any entity, which for whatever reason, cannot attend.To be sure that shared reflections are not get lost and continue the process of discussion in the future, a document of conclusions of the Structured Dialogue will be held. Another impact of this document is that it can serve as a thread in the future. INTEGRA expected EURODIÁLOGOS+ is not timely superb fact of an exceptional moment. It’s his intention to care and nurture this gathering in the future. New young participants can be enrol in the future to these debates. New issues may arise in the future with the addition of other topics or deepening specific aspects that can increase its relevance to stakeholders.
