The project EU Cooperation for Excellence intend to provide an opportunity for the mobility of the two target groups, as follows:1) professional development of teachers / employees through visits to different organizations in the international labor market, in order to improve school programs and align them with the needs of the labor market, and to the same modernized using modern teaching methods. Participants: 10 school staff (2 staff from the professional services of school and 8 teachers of vocational courses) Place of training: Dublin / Ireland Mobility period: 11/27/2016 - 12/03/2016 Host Organization: Wicklow Enterprise Office (Development Agency), Griffith College, Liam Kinucan - Life Goals Financial Services, FAS Ballyfermot: Ballyfermot College of Further Education, Rory benzoyl - Wicklow Chamber of Commerce, IBAT College2) professional training of students in higher grades for occupations computer technician and salesman, through the implementation of professional practice in foreign companies, and in a real working environment. Participants: 20 students - computer technician + 10 students - commercial Place of training: Dublin / Ireland Mobility period: 01/29/2017. – 11/2/2017. Host company for computer technician Bray TV, Back from the future, iDevice Lounge, Alpha CC the IT group of companies, CLICK, AbPrint.me & Abdesigned, Bray Chamber of Commerce. Host Company for sales: Masterlink Logistics, Martello Hotel, Royal Hotel & Merrill Leisure Club, Travel Department, Concorde Travel, Nypro, CommcsopeThe project objectives are:1) Encouraging professional development and guidance for students: this is a project by students raises awareness of training opportunities within their profession, and the diversity of applications of the acquired professional knowledge in a real working environment, and especially the students for the profession technician for computing, which is the application of knowledge in the economy very tight. Pupils' awareness of the opportunities that can be achieved through further specialized training in a particular occupation, and determining the direction of a professional within the professions.2) To promote lifelong learning for all participants of mobility programs: through this project encourages teachers to lifelong learning and continuous improvement of competence. Students will also watching their teachers recognize the importance of lifelong learning, and the importance of continuous co-ordination of acquired competences with innovation, modern technologies and general trends in the progress of society.3) Improving the language skills of all participants of mobility programs: mobility through this program, students and teachers to improve English language skills, with an emphasis on professional terminology. This is especially important for students of both professions, given that the English language is the official language used in the ICT industry, and it is almost impossible to do the job technician for computer without good knowledge of English. As interest salesman focused on sales and communication with the business environment, and the goal of every business entity in which they will be employed as sales representatives, to encompass a wider market, then internationally, for quality salesman necessarily the knowledge of technical terminology in at least one foreign language. For teachers is to improve language skills essential to exchange experience with colleagues from other countries, and to transfer knowledge to their students. Also, qualitative knowledge of foreign language teachers and professional staff will be able to keep track of more information on contemporary forms of teaching, as it will reduce the language barrier.4) To establish cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the international labor market: as to future generations provide a better professional practice, and thus affect the acquired learning outcomes are aligned with the labor market, it is necessary to establish cooperation with those stakeholders in the labor market which is capable of implement programs and mobility of students who are continually improving educational programs. Through the implementation of this program teaching staff mobility will be able to assess in what way would in future projects could achieve cooperation.5) Promoting intercultural relations: involvement of school staff and students in mobility programs promoted interculturalism as one of the fundamental values of a modern European society.
