EU-compliant methods for youth inclusion into labor market: know-how transfer to Non-EU states

The project’s main objective is to increase the student’s employability and the possibilities of entering the labour market after graduation. The activities are: 1. Management activity M1-M36: elaboration of working plans, implementation staff meetings, project monitoring and public procurement procedures. 2. Awareness activity on innovative measures to facilitate the youth insertion into labor market M1-M36: project launch conference; setting-up and updating of the project website; creation and updating of an interactive e-platform, an information campaign, a project closing conference. 3. Networking and best practice exchange on innovative measures to facilitate transition for youth from education to labor market M6-M30: 7 workshops, 4 of those will be organized in Romania, Italy, Serbia and Moldova. These workshops will also deal with the know-how exchange on using innovative instruments for youth transition through career counselling, education and training provision effectively related to labour market needs and enterprise/business environment. 4. Study on the impact of innovative measures on the youth insertion and mobility on the labor market at European level M6-M36: an in-depth study will be drafted and afterward disseminated as a means to ensure project sustainability. It will combine the demographic and economic perspectives into forwarding a series of recommendations on how to design and implement first transition programs in such a way that skills mismatch is avoided and efficient use of human resources is promoted. The study will have an identification number and will be disseminated not only at regional, national level but also at European level, in Italy, Serbia and Moldova. The project target groups are: young graduates from Romania, Italy, Serbia and Moldova decision-makers and policy implementers, public employment services, social partners, NGOs, civil society, academic staff, employers, universities, professional bodies and business associations
